Pass Plus

Pass Plus is a practical training course aimed at improving driver skills and to help drivers be safer on the road. Courses take at least 6 hours and can be taken at any time, although it is most useful to new drivers in the year after passing their test.

At LP Driving Lessons we have fully registered and approved Pass Plus driving instructors (ADI) to teach you.

Pass Plus car insurance discounts

Once you have completed the course you may be able to get a car insurance discount.
You will need to check this with your insurer and provide a pass certificate. The amount of discount depends on the insurance company and not all insurers will offer a discount.

Applying for your Pass Plus certificate

Once you have completed your course you will receive a signed training report form from your LP instructor showing you have reached the required standard in all modules. Once you have this report you must apply for your own certificate if you want a discount on your car insurance.

Send the signed form to the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA).
